スポンサーリンク 「生」食パンの由来・・・ ここ数年で主に都心で話題となっている「生」食パン。 始めて耳にする方もいると思います。 一体何のことかわかりませんよね。。。 もちろん生で食べるのがオススメですが、名前の由来は別です。 耳まで柔らかい食パンを作りたい！そんな事から始まった「乃が美」さんの食パン作り。 これは、チョコレートと生チョコレート、キャラメルと生キャラメルとあるように、口溶けの良い食パンだ。 今までの概念だと、焼きあがると硬くしっかり耳が立つというのが当たり前。 それを腰折れ寸前の柔らかい食パンは、まさに食パンの革命と言っても過言ではありません！ 持った感想は、ずっしり。 でも耳がふわふわで極端に表すと倒れてしまいそうなイメージ。 市販の食パンとは比べものにならないのがこの写真で見てわかると思います。 高級というのが良く分かりますね（笑） さっそく実食！ まず、ちぎったとたん香りがふわーっと部屋中に広がり、よだれが・・・（笑） 袋に入っているときからずっといい香りはしていたのですが、ちぎるとより一層良い香りが充満します！ ドキドキしながら口の中に運ぶと 『柔らかすぎる！』 柔らかいしモチモチとした食感。 まさに、生チョコや生キャラメルと似たような良い口溶け。 パサパサ感は全く無くしっとりとしていて今までに食べたことがない新感覚！ そして耳が美味しい！耳が嫌いという方いっらしゃると思いますが、その概念が全くありません。 原材料には、最高級のカナダ産100％の小麦を始め、砂糖、マーガリン、バター、ハチミツなど使われているようで 小麦粉やほのかに感じるハチミツ香りが最高！噛めば噛むほど口の中で甘さがじわーっと広がります。
